If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

LuxuryIQ provides brand intelligence, analytics, and related insights for the luxury and premium sector. Access is provided to authorised users under the commercial agreement between DLG and your organisation. The Service, including its software, content, and underlying analysis, is owned by DLG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
